From the air

Here are two picture from the village i live in. The large
white building in the centre of the photograph is one of
the local schools. It is also the school where i work. Next
to the school, on the left you can see some water, which
is a small piece of our large lake. In the background, to
the right, there is a mountain with a white antenna
mounted on its side. Our house stands right underneath
that antenna, can you imagine the view ?
Indeed, it is beautiful.

More Homemade Washi Tape

Every time i see some beautiful napkins that have
a design that can become a nice new bit of tape, i
just can not help myself. And now i have a partner
in crime. My friend Jenifer sent me some gorgeous
napkins that became snowflake-tape. How sweet
does that look ! Really love how they worked out.

Fun in my mailbox

My friend Jenifer mailed me this stash a while ago,
so cool ! She made the stickers on her Craft Robo,
a machine she does amazing things with. She also
included name stickers which are now well in place
on the mailbox. So every time i open the mailbox,
which usually is six out of seven days in the week,
i think of her :)

I did a flowery cd-booklet and want to show

the flower stamps from Stampington for it, they
are some of my favorite stamps ever.

ATC : Pink Hat

I do love to give my "subjects" tiny pointy hats.
it makes them look so much more funny. Now here
is a boy who almost could not make up his mind
as to which hat he would choose :D

Flowers

Since it will be spring in the near future, well near
might not be the word, but anyway. It will be spring
sometime, i am sure, and with spring come the
flowers. Therefore i show you som flowery designs
that i made with stamps by Carin Anderson who
works for Stampington. The stamps are one of my
favorite stampseries.

Sew Pretty

"Sew" has always been one of my favorite themes in cardmaking,
ATC's and and Altered Books. Especially in combination with a
vintage look.

Round Robin

Years ago we were working mostly on one thing :
Altered Books. These books were travelling around
the world in Round Robins as these are called. There
are two books that i fervently used back then, the
pictures stand above this post.

Nick Bantock

Nick Bantock, http://www.nickbantock.com,/
is one of the artists i really admire. I feel he is
following his own road and doing his own,
unique projects. One of his books, Urgent 2nd class,
is just lovely.

He also has a rubberstamp-line, which used to
be sold at Limited Edition Rubberstamps, but i
do not know where they are sold now. The stamps
are really unusual and gorgeous.

True Colors

This is one of the books i own that just will
not loose it's attraction. It actually inspired
us to do a Round Robin of our own with
"True Colors" as a subject.

Here are some of the pages with the theme
Pink (Rose) and White :

Use those bits and pieces !

Here i used the "name-strip" that is attached to the sheet
of scrapbooking-paper i used for the background.

Check this out : http://vintageudfordring.blogspot.com/

The brown dotted MM-strip that was attached to a
sheet of scrapbooking-paper was used here to make
belts on the dresses.

A piece of packaging plastic was used to make this
memory-capsule.

The slim pieces of ribbon came from jumpers.

Shiny multicolored wrappers from candy became
the fun accents on this card.

Tiny rests of scrapbooking-paper were the base
for the idea i got for this card.
