Got old socks ? Got a cat ? Then you can turn something
you would throw away into something your cat can play
with for hours and hours. Just fold the foot into the "neck"
of the sock and make it into a ball.

ATC's : heartshaped

I made some heartshaped ATC's in different
techniques which included collage, stamping
and drawing. I tried not to use to much pink
but was drawn to it anyway.

Scrapbookpage

In my life i have made ONE scrapbookpage.
I can hear you think : "Wow, she is practically
a virgin !" Well, in this case you just might be
right :) Anyway, the "new" kind of scrapbooking
(freestyling) appeals much more to me so you
might just be seeing me scrapbooking in the future.
For now i shall show you my "one-and-only-scrapbookpage" :

Altered Book : Inclusions

As i told you before, there was a time when we did alot
of Round Robins with Altered Books. One of my favorite
RRs has been the Inclusions RR. The goal of the RR was
to create pages with inclusions, envelopes, pockets and
all kinds of stuff that you can put in them. It was a really
fun one to do as i am a big fan of inclusions and there
was the freedom to work in any kind of theme.
I was quite satisfied with the results so here are a few
pages i did.

Shrine Booklet : Tea

A while ago i made a Shrine Booklet of which i later
made a workshop-on-paper for my yahoogroup.
I still think it is a lot of fun to make these kinds of
projects. The one i will show now is decorated with
the Coffee and Tea Stamps by Michelle Ward for
Stampington.







Also included is a template by Stampington you can use to make a
tea or coffee themed card.

My crafty friends and family : Christmas 2011

Something i have not yet shared with you are the
Christmas cards we recieved that were handmade,
how rude !


My mother made a drawing of a landmark in the
town they live in, my uncle crocheted a sweet heart
and my aunt made the cards with it.


Helend made this mixed-media collage card
and Gez made this cool layered long card.


And last but not least : Arnhild made this
beautiful vintage card.

Farm Girl

Look at this little Farm Girl, i made her from (amongst)
other things a cork that was still in the corkscrew.
I think she just looks a-do-ra-ble, but she is a little
lonely, so i shall be making some friends for her soon.

Kerstkabouters / Winterkabouters

Kerstkabouters is a dutch word that literally
translates into Christmas Gnomes and
Winterkabouters translates into Winter Gnomes.
I always make a bunch for Christmas and for
people that celebrate their birthday in the winter
season. Some i make for myself, but the most i
make for others, to give to them as a present.
It takes quite some work to create them, but they are
just so nice to make and even nicer to give away.
I make them out of felt, add embellishments like
sequins and fill them with wool.
