In the last week of april, a couple of colleagues and myself
went dining at Værtshuset (The Guesthouse) to enjoy a
typical Norwegian dish called komle, a kind of potato
dumpling. It was served with kålrotstappe (mash of
rutabaga), saltet mutton, baked sausages and small bits
of fried bacon. It was really, really good !
